Small trucking company established in 2011 running trucks in Odessa/Midland and San Antonio area. We haul most anything on wheels or tracks using our lowboy and hydra-tail trailers. We do mostly oilfield and commercial related moves on a hotshot basis. Getting really busy since last quarter and missing lots of opportunities. We have many established contacts in the business. Selling because we have 3 other businesses and have no time to ramp back up with all the oilfield activity. We currently have 3 drivers and 4 trucks running. Estimate we will gross $600K to $750K in 2022 with existing drivers and equipment. Have done much higher in past when we last ramped up.
