Profitable beauty school for sale in DFW area. Business has been around since 30+ years, still growing while other similar schools have closed. School is 5,800 sq. ft with lease in effect until 2027 with option to renew. School is nationally accredited through NACCAS and licensed through TDLR. School is approved for funding through the Department of Education (Pell Grant), Veterans Affair, and Texas Workforce Commission. It is also approved to offer Federal Loans to students but have not yet done so. There is a potential to double the student body count if loans are offered.
