Lighting and Fan Retailer

The Company is a retailer and distributor of light fixtures and ceiling fans. The products are primarily sold directly to custom residential home builders/contractors (85% of revenue) and to retail customers (10%). It operates out of Texas and within one the fastest growing real estate markets in the U.S. The Company conducts very little in the way of traditional marketing, but rather focuses on new custom residential home builders entering its market as well as word-of-mouth advertising. It competes on: 1) excellent pricing; 2) high-end products and product breadth (over 60 suppliers); 3) striking showrooms; 4) outstanding customer service (sales personnel are American Lighting Association certified); and 5) on-time delivery. Furthermore, in 2020, its top customer represented only 9% of revenue, and the Company has a 90% repeat customer rate. Revenue rose from $5.8 million in fiscal 2018 to $7.2 million in fiscal 2020, representing a 20.1% compound annual growth rate. Futhermore, adjusted SDE margins registered 29% in 2020. Also, based on the performance at the six months ended 6/30/2021, revenue is estimated to reach $7.5 million for fiscal 2021 with a repeat of strong profit margins. Refer to File #72744MM.
