Market Outlook/ Competition: there are 5 stations within 1/2 mile of the I-40/Hwy 93 intersection. Three are conventional gas station/c-stores, and 1 in a TA Truck Stop. The TA is an older build. TA has a new store (1-2 years old) about 40 mi. north on Hwy 93 at White Hills. TA may be considered to close the I-40/Hwy 93 store so as not to cannibalize it's White Hills store.
