Fully developed reporting software - very cheap for the right person

Summary Report Hopper is a two-year old software company waiting for you to take it to the next level. We have almost 6 figures in development, but we are willing to let it go for 10K plus 1% of revenue for the next 2 years. Report Hopper is a solution for marketing companies, agencies, and freelancers to create reports for their clients that are simple and easy to understand. The software is able to connect to several sources (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc) in order to create helpful and beautiful reports. The software can then email the report directly to the marketing company’s clients, or to the marketing company first in order to review the report before sending it on to the client. There is a simple drag and drop interface so it’s easy for someone inside the marketing company to adjust or change the report. The two owners have developed this software from scratch, and have started to get marketing agencies to sign up. However, they do not have the bandwidth to run the company full time so they are wanting to sell to someone who is ready to take it to the next level About the company Report Hopper was started in the Spring of 2019 when the current owners realized there wasn’t a great solution for small marketing companies and agencies to send reports to their clients. Agencies either had to spend too much money for the service, or too much time to create the reports. Small businesses wanted monthly (or sometimes weekly) reporting so they could know that their marketing dollars were being put into use...and small agencies and freelancers knew if they wanted to keep their clients, they needed to send reports. The owners secured a design team and a programming team and over about 2 years developed a custom software solution that met this need. About the software Report Hopper is an enterprise level software as a service custom software. It is built in AngularJS/VueJS apache and resides on an AWS server. It is capable of connecting to several 3rd party marketing platforms through their API’s. Report Hopper reports are also extremely customizable, where the clients can simply click a button to create a fun, classic, or professional style report as well as create a narrative or bullet points about the report. Combining graphics with narrative on each report sets this software apart from solutions currently available in the marketplace. It is able to deliver custom reports to clients without the marketing agency or marketing freelancer having to spend time on building or creating the reports. Customer Base We are currently in the middle of beta testing and have been for the past 3 months. We have “extinguished” all remaining bugs and issues and are now able to implement new product requests from our current users. As we have just started taking sign ups a few months ago, we currently have about 50 clients and are acquiring a new client about every other day. We are getting this base spending about $300/month on PPC ads.
