Growing Billing Business for Sale

Last year we generated 2.6 in revenue. We are 100,000 ahead of that figure year to date, and believe we will generate over 3.5 in revenue this year . We received a valuation for over four Million , but are above initial projections. One partner would like to stay for a period of two years under salary. We have two offices, and 26 employees. Market Outlook/ Competition: We handle independent practices. The primary competition would come from larger systems, however we have a nitch because we bill on the clients system. Growth & Expansion: We've never marketed. We have an old website and it's been word of mouth. Someone with energy and marketing knowledge can find additional business. So far it's just come to us.
