Madd Mex Cantina was founded in 2012, and specializes in fusing 3 cuisines: San Diego style Mexican, Asian, and Cali style. We now focus on wedding caterings - yes the entire wedding in most cases! We catered 50 weddings in 2018, and currently have 40 weddings booked for 2019, and still booking. Most other trucks do about 2 to 5 weddings/year. Many have never catered a single wedding. On top of that, we cater 25+ corporate and private events on average each month.
