They serve an expanding commercial and residential market, have few competitors, and primarily rely on referrals for new customers. They are positioned for growing in a variety of directions, but the current owner is ready to move on, so he will leave the strategic expansion up to the new owner(s). They built their reputation by doing honest hardware and software repairs, backup and data recovery services, liquid damage repairs, virus removal and more. They work on all Apple (as well as most non-Apple) mobile and computing devices. Business and home users can walk in or schedule repairs and they also make house and office calls all over the county. The shop employs three technicians, and the owner is a master technician, capable of repairing all devices.
