Business Description

Online turnkey jewelry ecommerce website. Established in 2002. Selling easily sourced products. Perfect for someone in the jewelry business who has a little extra time for a side gig. Online sales from July 2009 - Feb 2022 (when we started our current version of QB) were $6.5m. Sales have been declining because we basically quit doing any work on the site, just using it for passive sales. We've done NO seo work, no new content, no new product, no new links - absolutley nothing for 4 years on the site. I have a physical jewelry store and a website for the store and no energy anymore to do both. But the site has lots of content - just need to update it, refresh it a bit, and start getting some higher rankings. It has a large customer base that you could immediately market to. The site ranks very well on google for important keyword terms. The products can be sourced from U.S. and overseas suppliers, and of course you'll get access to those. For the U.S. suppliers, you can sell the product online, then order from the supplier to keep inventory costs low. For the overseas suppliers you need to order some quantity, but the markup is 3 - 5x. The email list is about 8,000. With just a little bit of elbow grease you should be able to get the sales to $10K - $20K a month. At it's peak, we did $100K - $125K a month. So that is even possible if you are willing to work at it. Location: Modesto, California Year Established: 2002 Number of Employees: 1 Relocatable: Yes Facilities: Work from home, or small office. No showroom needed. Website: www.titanium-jewelry.com Market Outlook/ Competition: Always demand for jewelry and wedding bands. Growth & Expansion: Lots of growth opportunites. As mentioned in my description above, I quit doing any work on this website, kind of pulled the plug to concentrate my assets on my physical store and store's website. So sales dropped from $200K to last year $57K. The site needs some SEO work to increase the traffic. Add some new current product (much of it can be added to website with pictures, then order it as you sell it.) Should be able to get back to $200K a year I would say in 12 - 18 months of work. At it's peak the site was doing over $1.5m a year.
