Pool Service Route

We have 50 accounts, in Danville, Diablo, Alamo, Orinda, and Walnut Creek/Concord/Clayton, all of which can be done in 3 days. All accounts have automatic sweeps. We have several different kinds of plans (Basic, Basic Plus, full weekly cleaning service, spa, chemicals only, and chemical *delivery* only). We also do filter cleans and some small repairs. Lots of services do lots of repairs, which is where a lot of your big money is made. Chemicals are delivered to your home on a weekly basis and the business can be run on your phone. With monthly service $6,250 revenue, plus $5,000/year in filter cleanings, you will see that the business is priced to sell. This is a for sale by owner. We are not a broker.
