5. Payments and Subscriptions

BizForBuy offers subscription plans for sellers. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial periods

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

The BizForBuy website, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BizForBuy and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BizForBuy IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF BUSINESS LISTINGS OR THE OUTCOME OF ANY TRANSACTIONS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BizForBuy SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Indemnification
